Privacy Policy
Effective date: pending public launch. Operator: K-Bray, operating Event Opportunity Radar.
Scope and operator
This Policy explains how K-Bray, operating Event Opportunity Radar, handles personal information for website visitors, leads, subscribers, recipients, and support users. It does not govern an original source website or another third party.
Information collected
We may collect account identity, contact details, company profile information, Opportunity DNA, subscription and invoice status, product activity, feedback, support questions, referral and campaign attribution, consent and email preferences, IP/device information, and technical security logs. Stripe handles payment-card data; we do not store full card numbers.
Sources
We receive information from you, authorized members of your account, normal website and product use, Stripe and other service providers, referral links, and legitimate public opportunity sources. We do not use a public opportunity record as permission to send marketing to a listed buyer or contact.
Use
We use information to authenticate users, provide matching and delivery, administer subscriptions, improve ranking, prevent fraud and abuse, support customers, measure acquisition, enforce cost limits, maintain audit and suppression records, comply with law, and protect the service.
Legal grounds
Where a legal basis is required, processing is based on performing the requested service, legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, consent for optional marketing, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose the minimum necessary information to providers of authentication, hosting, database, payment, email, monitoring, analytics, and AI processing; to professional advisers; during a lawful business transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, and legal compliance. Providers process information for defined business purposes. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI processing
Opportunity and profile fields may be sent to an AI provider for matching analysis. Card data and unrelated private data are excluded. API requests are configured not to store response data where supported.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, accounting and tax records, suppression lists, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. Backups expire through the provider's retention cycle.
Choices and rights
Marketing email includes an unsubscribe method and suppression is honored for future marketing. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an explanation of processing. We may verify identity, retain records required by law, and decline requests where an exception applies. Requests may be sent to audit@missedrevenueaudit.com.
Cookies, attribution, and advertising measurement
The service uses essential authentication and security cookies and limited measurement needed to understand acquisition and product use. Google Ads conversion measurement may receive an ad-click identifier, page and device context, purchase value, currency, and a pseudonymous Stripe Checkout session reference after a verified paid subscription. This implementation defaults advertising and analytics storage to denied, disables ad personalization signals and enhanced conversions, and does not send email addresses, card data, or Opportunity DNA to Google. We do not activate remarketing audiences. Browser and device controls may further restrict this measurement.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International processing
Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
Security
We use access controls, tenant isolation, signed webhooks, encrypted transport, secret management, audit logs, and rate/size validation. No system can promise absolute security.
Policy updates
Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
