Terms of Service
Effective date: pending public launch. Operator: K-Bray, operating Event Opportunity Radar.
Agreement
These Terms govern access to Event Opportunity Radar. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Subscription & Cancellation Terms. If you use the service for a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
Service
Event Opportunity Radar discovers, organizes, and analyzes business-opportunity information. It is an information service, not a bidding agent, broker, attorney, accountant, government agency, or guarantor of work.
No outcome guarantee
We do not guarantee that any opportunity is suitable, remains available, results in an award, produces revenue, or makes money. You are responsible for verifying every source record and deciding whether and how to pursue it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account and Opportunity DNA information, protect sign-in access, promptly update material changes, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful internal business development. You may not misuse a source, bypass access controls, scrape restricted content, introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, probe another account, automate abusive requests, or resell data in violation of source terms.
Subscription and billing
Paid access is governed by the Subscription & Cancellation Terms and the price and interval shown at Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes card data. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation takes effect.
Source rights
Source records remain subject to their publishers' rights and terms. Links are provided for verification. We do not claim affiliation with SAM.gov, government agencies, or other source websites.
AI and customer decisions
Automated systems help classify, summarize, and score opportunities. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional advice. Confirm facts at the original source and use independent judgment before spending money, submitting a bid, or entering an agreement.
Our materials
The service interface, original software, matching methods, documentation, and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use them during your active entitlement. Source publishers retain rights in their records.
Customer information and feedback
You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize us to process it to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have authority to provide recipient emails and other submitted information. Product feedback may be used without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly.
Third-party services
The service depends on third-party sources and providers, including authentication, hosting, payment, email, monitoring, and AI services. Their availability and terms can change. We are not responsible for a third party's separate product, website, decision, or source record.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, unlawful use, source protection, or material breach. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice when practical. You may stop using the service and cancel as described in the Subscription & Cancellation Terms.
Service changes
We may change features to improve quality, security, compliance, or source availability. If we materially reduce a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice when practical. Changes to these Terms will be posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively except where law requires otherwise.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, or any particular business result. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. The operator's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Legal review item
Governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, indemnity, and any jurisdiction-specific consumer terms require owner/legal approval before public launch and are intentionally not invented in this draft.
