Refund Policy
Effective date: pending public launch. Operator: K-Bray, operating Event Opportunity Radar.
General rule
Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or when a duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charge is confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior use or the current paid period.
Service incident review
If a material service failure prevents access for an extended period, contact audit@missedrevenueaudit.com. We may provide a proportionate credit or refund after verifying the incident.
How to request review
Send the account email, Stripe invoice identifier, charge date, and a concise explanation. Do not email card numbers or banking credentials.
Processing
Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and card-network posting time is outside our control. A refund does not require you to send card details to us.
Nonwaivable rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or cooling-off rights that cannot legally be waived.
